American Fork Junior High School Addition & Remodel - Total Building Commissioning (TBC) provided commissioning services for this major addition and remodel at American Fork Junior High School in American Fork, Utah. TBC provided energy analyses for this project as well. During the course of the project, the District became involved in the Utah Power FinAnswer program, which provides financial incentives for energy saving improvements. Utah Power asked TBC to write the commissioning plan for the project, which the District would use to perform its own commissioning of building systems. The District decided that TBC’s commissioning expertise and experience were needed and requested that TBC become the commissioning authority for the project.
