Boise State University Interactive Learning Center - The Interactive Learning Center at Boise State University encompasses 54,000 sq. ft. and four floors. It is a multi-use building located next to the Multi-Purpose Classroom Building. Spaces include an atrium, 205-seat lecture hall, 12 standard classrooms, a multi-media lab, multi-purpose distance learning classroom, visualization classroom, experimental classroom and multiple study lounges. Other amenities include food services, convenience store, and a coffee bar with Cyber Café and a study lounge. A Wi-Fi network offers wireless Internet throughout the entire building. The Interactive Learning Center houses the University's Center for Teaching and Learning, which is a faculty learning facility.

The integrated building system (building monitoring and control) includes building automation system using direct digital control (DDC), fire alarm system and lighting control. These systems communicate via a high-speed communications network. From a central computer workstation, a technician is able to program and monitor systems throughout the building that are integrated on the DDC system. BSU has the capability of monitoring the Interactive Learning Center remotely, using a portable computer.
