Commissioning Engineer: The ideal candidates will have 10 - 20 years of engineering and commissioning work experience, including a combination of HVAC design and field experience in controls, facilities maintenance, or test and balance. This position requires a BS in engineering; PE license (or ability to achieve within 12 months) preferred. Previous experience in LEED commissioning and/or engineering, building system monitoring, electrical systems, life safety systems, energy audits, HVAC controls, lighting controls, and/or energy analysis of building systems required. Must be a self-starter, capable of client contact, evaluating project needs, and able to lead the completion of project tasks on schedule. Commissioning Agent: The ideal candidates will have 5 - 10 years of engineering, and/or LEED commissioning work experience, and/or field experience in mechanical contracting, building controls, facilities maintenance, or test and balance. Previous experience in building system monitoring, electrical systems, life safety systems, energy audits, HVAC controls, lighting controls, and/or energy analysis of building systems required. Must be able to participate in OPR, BOD, and design reviews, create commissioning plans, acceptance checklists, and functional tests, and develop with GC the commissioning schedule. Will need to conduct in-field verification of equipment installations, start-up, and T&B. Chair commissioning coordination meetings on site. Must hold a commissioning certification (or ability to achieve within 6 months). Must be a self-starter, comfortable with client contact and able to coordinate with other contractors the completion of project tasks on schedule.
