Building Commissioning is the process of verifying that buildings are constructed and operate as designed.
TBC accomplishes this mission by leading the Commissioning Team which includes owners and operators, design architects and engineers, general contractors and subcontractors, and end users. We begin commissioning activity early in the design process in order to help the design team develop a workable system at design, and ultimately, ensure it is a working system at completion.
Our commissioning process is driven by these overarching goals:

• Provide the expertise of senior-level commissioning and enginieering professionals
• Conduct meaningful design reviews with an eye on critical systems and issues
