Dixie State College Dolores Doré Eccles Fine Arts Center - With art galleries, performance spaces, a black box theatre and three theatres (three sound systems and three lighting systems), the $13.1 million, 78,000 sq. ft. Fine Arts Center puts special demands on various building systems. Total Building Commissioning (TBC) worked to ensure the mechanical, electrical and A/V systems provide a comfortable facility that allows the owner and occupants to enjoy a full theatrical experience.

The campus at Dixie State College boasts a large Facilities Management and Controls System (FMCS). The TBC team integrated the Fine Arts Center's controls with the campus-wide FMCS to ensure proper operation and compatibility with existing controls as well as similarity in operation to existing campus facilities.
Total Building Commissioning (TBC) commissioned the following systems:
