Dixie State College Health Sciences Center - The site for the Health Sciences Center is located on Medical Drive next to the Intermountain Healthcare Dixie Regional Medical Center (DRMC) which is approximately two miles from the Dixie State College (DSC) campus. Through technology and facility sharing, DSC students are able to use state-of-the-art medical equipment installed in the DRMC, while DRMC staff use the Health Sciences Center's training facilities.

The 78,519 sq. ft., $15.7 million Health Sciences Center includes classrooms, lecture halls, a dental suite that serves as a teaching center as well as a functional dental office in which patients are actually treated, skills area with simulated operating, exam and patient rooms, and X-ray labs with real equipment.
