TBC delivers the value of our sustainable design and LEED experience to every commissioning project. Our experience with LEED certification requirements helps us guide our clients toward the development of sustainable, high-performance buildings that cost less to operate, are healthier for occupants and less damaging to the environment.
TBC has served as the Commissioning Agent on several projects which are making application for a LEED certification including the Salt Lake City Intermodal Hub and the Internal Revenue Service Scowcroft Building.
