Mr. Rindlisbaker has been in the HVAC/plumbing and commissioning business for 16 years. He joined TBC in 2004 and has extensive experience in project management, HVAC design and energy studies. He specializes in hydronic heating and cooling systems, controls optimization for comfort and energy efficiency and in commissioning. TBC’s new headquarters provides several benefits to the firm and its clients:
• Collaboration, camaraderie, mentorship and productivity associated with employees working from one floor in an open environment maximizing the physical and psychological benefits of natural light and exterior views.
• Technology-enhanced training spaces and dedicated collaboration areas.
• As a living laboratory, the new space provides TBC with an opportunity to better showcase what it is that the firm does.

The space is applying for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED™) Platinum certification, the highest sustainable certification offered by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), for the new headquarters.

TBC comprises a team of engineers and commissioning agents, including engineers with LEED™ expertise. TBC is dedicated to adding value to new and existing buildings by helping owners ensure their buildings function optimally and according to the design intent. Based in Salt Lake City and with more than 27 years experience in building management systems controls, commissioning and re-commissioning, TBC provides commissioning to a broad range of clients throughout the United States and around the world.
