TBC provided commissioning services for this 475,000 SF, 26-story office tower for a Fortune 100 financial services company in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. In addition to Fundamental commissioning services, TBC provided Enhanced commissioning to support LEED Gold status.
The systems commissioned include:Core and Shell HVAC Systems, including Building Automation, Sub metering, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Pumps, Fans, Water Source Heat Pumps, Fan Coils, Heat Exchangers, Radiant heating and CoolingElectrical Emergency Power System, including Life Safety Emergency Generator, ATS-RC, ATS-RB, ATS-RA, Prime Tenant Emergency Generator and associated ATSLighting Controls, including Occupancy Sensors, Daylighting Controls, Scheduling / Time clocks, PhotocellsPlumbing and Domestic Hot water System, including Water Heaters, Recirculation Pumps, Booster Pump, Sump pump/sewage ejectorsFire/Life Safety systems, fire pump, fire alarm, Elevators, Distributed Antenna Systems
In addition to the commissioning tasks outlined under Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning, TBC performed integrated systems testing to coordinate the operation of the life safety generator, the prime tenant generator, and ATS, along with a Pull-the-Plug Test (PTP).
