Total Building Commissioning (TBC) was the commissioning authority on the Intermodal Hub project and provided quality process, operation and maintenance, design (review) and life cycle costing as well as electronic O&M materials. TBC performed prerequisite and credit 3 commissioning as it applies to the Energy and Atmosphere section of the LEED® certification process for the owner/client Salt Lake City Corporation. The Intermodal Transportation Hub is LEED® Certified.
