Scowcroft IRS Office Building and Restaurant - The $8 million Scowcroft IRS Center project was the combination of a renovation of an existing warehouse into a 120,000 sq. ft. office building—coupled with a new cafe restaurant building. The IRS is leasing approximately 80,000 sq. ft. of the office space. Located in Ogden, Utah's central business district, the Scowcroft Building was placed on the National Historic Register in 1978. The renovation of this space brings new life to this historical building.
